Innovation Horizons has been awarded a contract by the District of Columbia Health Benefits Exchange (HBX) to provide IT engineering and special project support. The DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority was established by the District of Columbia to develop and operate the on-line health insurance marketplace called DC Health Link for residence and small businesses in the District of Columbia.
